HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?Delivery times depend on two factors: production and shipping.

Production times range from 4 to 6 business days, but may be extended during holidays (e.g., Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.). We therefore recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure delivery within the set times.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Given that our products are personalized and created only upon request, we cannot process returns or exchanges, except in the event that the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. In this case, we invite you to contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing a detailed description and photos documenting the damage.

We accept various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. All transactions are secure and protected.

Cash on delivery is NOT accepted as each product is made and customized upon individual request.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Once the product has been shipped, we will send you another email with the tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your shipment.
